Hola! Welcome and thank you for visiting. I'm Val, the bilingual owner and lead planner at Weddings by V, specializing in custom and very detail-oriented wedding coordination services in the Atlanta area.

I've always enjoyed entertaining and planning events, but in 2013, meanwhile planning my own wedding, I really enjoyed figuring out the logistics and small details that go into wedding planning, and after exchanging our vows in Costa Rica (my home country) I couldn't let go of the wedding world.

One month later, I launched the "Miss to Mrs." blog to share with brides and grooms everything I learned as a bride-to-be, and the following year a very sweet couple gave me the opportunity to coordinate their wedding, and that's when I knew I had found my passion. From the nerdy adrenaline I get when working on a timeline, to asking so many questions before the big day that I have all the answers the day-of, this is truly what I love to do.
